| Four full days
(8 a.m. June 23- 4 p.m. June 26) at Todd Hall Retreat Center, Columbia,
Ill. Two day-long follow-up sessions provide extensive support for systemic change at both the district and school level. They build on participants’ personal social justice journeys and address individual and institutional strategies and tactics for eliminating the achievement gap. National School Leaders Network—Graduates, whose districts are involved with BOTH the Institute and the Program, will be invited to apply to be fellows in a Leadership, Excellence and Racism Cohort. The St. Louis site, led by Anthony Neal, is funded by the Rainwater Foundation. Coaching and support—Educational Equity consultants provide districts participating with follow-up support in addressing institutional racism. Fee: $2,600 per person.
